  A guided gathering that is calm, grounded, and unhurried. Somatic practices to help you settle into your body, a moment of shared reflection, and quiet space for connection, or simply to listen and receive. You only have to arrive. We gather virtually the last Tuesday of each month, at 7pm ET / 4pm PT , for one hour.
  

• Monthly Channeled Message
  Channeled messages from spiritual guides support the group with clarity, affirmation, perspective, and a return to your own inner guidance. Sent to the group mid-month via email.
  

• Monthly Distance Reiki
  Reiki allows you to receive gentle energetic clearing and nourishment that supports your system in softening, restoring, and feeling held. Distance Reiki is sent to the group mid-month.
